Enzymatic Cleaning Process
The "American Bio-Clean Parts
Cleaner" is designed to meet today's stringent
environmental and occupational safety and health
regulations.
The systems proprietary
bio-remediation process uses a heavy duty, solvent
free, aqueous (water) based fluid that quickly and
efficiently emulsifiers, degreases, and disperses
hydrocarbon deposits and dirt. Biologically safe
microorganisms the(--) metabolize the grease and oil
into harmless carbon dioxide and water. “American
Bio-Clean Parts Cleaner” are constructed of
long-lasting, corrosion-resistant, stainless steel
which most maintenance problems.

INDUSTRIAL, QUALITY DESIGN FEATURES:
Electrical and operating mechanical components of
all ABC parts washers are mounted on the exterior
for simple inspections and maintenance without
removing the Bio-Clean Washer fluid. External
Heaters and thermostat automatically maintain the
Bio-Clean fluid at factory set 105 degrees to 115
degrees F. facilitating microbial activity and the
enzymatic cleaning process. Foot actuated operator
on-off switch and hand on-off unattached operational
switch. Pump is securely fastened under the washer
tank and recycles the bio-fluid as it is used.
No Filter replacement required - reusable,
cleanable, long-life stainless steel filter
elements. 50 Year warranty on stainless steel tank
housing and structural components upon submittal of
warranty registration.
ABC Parts Cleaners are multi ‑functional, multi‑process
designs, offering:
Specifically, the unit shall be used for remediation of
oils, solvents, greases, ethylene glycol, and chlorinated hydrocarbons.
Stainless steel tank housing, latch down cover, handle, lamp mounting and legs.
All exposed system components are rust/corrosion resistant to withstand seaboard
atmospheric conditions. Unit lid is clamp lockable in the closed position and
spring loaded and cam secured for operation safety in the open position. All
electrical components are mounted separately and externally from the
housing/reservoir containing, the cleaning fluid. The unit is equipped with an
integral GFI system on the electric power cord for user safety.
The units use a neutral to
alkaline water‑based mixture of emulsifiers, surface active agents, and
microbes, containing no volatile organic compounds (VOCs), phosphates,
formaldehydes, biocides, or solvents for degreasing, and oil dispersion on small
parts. Under normal operation the fluid needs only to have replacement fluid
added weekly, with complete replacement of the fluid about once per year.
